<I do, both access to Discord and a working microphone and my discord name is Haden#0520 and I hope I can help any way possible.>
Do you have the ability to record Minecraft videos?
<Yes but it will be laggy. I use obs to record videos. I have used it 4 times before .>
Are you multilingual? (Fluent in multiple languages. Not just learning one.)
<No I am not I only speak English sorry.>
2) How much time do you have to contribute to the role?
<I would spend around 5-7 hours around with this role. I would spend more like 8-10 on the weekends. >
3) Have you ever been banned or punished on any server? If so, please include details.
<I was banned on hypixel 3 years ago but I have learned my lesson but I did get a second ban on hypixel bc watchdog was done and I was stupid because my friend told me to get on a hacked client and I got instantly banned but now I will differently never hack again I got banned on this server but I also have learned my lesson iv not hacker for about 1 1/2 years now and I hope I never do again. >
4) SCENARIO: Suppose it's your first week of being a Helper and you mute a well-known player. Their friends start spamming your discord DMs calling you a bad Helper and telling you to unmute them. What would you do?
< I would tell them that he did not follow the rules that's why he has been muted if he thinks that it was unfair he can go appel at the forums or he just can wait out the mute. If they still don't agree I would tell a mod or admin.>
5) Tell us about one of your best moments on IrrationalMC
<BeaconWars mini 2 is my favorite map and it is really fun to play that is where I had the most of my fun at in Irrational MC.>
6) Tell us about a time you made a mistake within the last year? How did you deal with it? What did you learn?
<I have made a mistake of false accusing somebody of being somebody else I thought they were my friend I knew but then it got weird and I then knew I did not know them. So then I got mad and said stop acting dumb and then I realized it was not my friend. What I learned from that is don't false accus anybody. >
7) If you have any, what hobbies or activities are you involved in outside of Minecraft?
<I don't have any hobbies I only play Minecraft that is my life.>
8 ) Do you have any previous server moderation or leadership experience?
If so explain what role you played, what skills/experiences you picked up, and how this will help you in your role as a helper.
<I do not have any server moderation but i have tried to apply for staff for a serer called PVP wars but I got denied.>
9) SCENARIO: "You come home from school/work and have a ton of homework/work to do, you think to yourself I'll just take a 5-minute break before I start and get on Irrational. The next thing you know 2 hours have passed and you've been on the server all that time." Does this scenario sound familiar to you?
<It does sound like me but I would probs finished up a couple more rounds of whatever I'm playing then go to my homework and after that get back on.>
10) SCENARIO: You're in a busy lobby as a helper, questions are flying at you rapidly, you can just about keep up. You're getting messaged by 2 different players both asking you to get them a moderator for a hacker, someone then pokes you on Discord telling you that there is someone blasting music in their channel. What do you do?
<First I would tell the people with the ones in trouble with a hacker to give me one second I have to do something on discord then join and check if someone is really blasting music then ask them please turn it off or you will be muted and if they don't turn off the music I will mute them then I will ping a mod or admin to help me with the hacker situation after I take a look if there is really a hacker then I will contact a mod or admin to help with the problem .>
11) Have you made any previous applications, if so how many and what is the date of your last one?
<I have made two ban applications in the past but I have learned my lesson and I really want to help this server.>

Quick notes:
- As a helper if there is a hacking situation you should alert a mod since as a helper your job isn't to deal with hacking situations
- In the future try to keep your spelling and sentence structure more proper.
