I saw a player with YT with less than 50/100 subscribers! Why?!
Please note that YouTube channels are only one of the factors that we take into consideration when giving the YT rank to users. Some users may have been given the YT rank based on other sources, such their channel on a streaming site such as Twitch or Beam. In some exceedingly rare cases, we may also choose to give a rank to users for other reasons, but these are at our discretion and are not applied for.

Am I guaranteed a rank if I meet the requirements?
Simply put, no. All applications are considered on a case by case basis, and we may decline to give a rank in specific cases for any reason. That said, in most cases, we will be able to give some rank if you meet the requirements provided there are no concerns about your channel or the practices it is supporting.
